This is our most popular option. As your property management company, we deal with unit owner issues, collect assessments, prepare your monthly financial statements, handle maintenance and repairs, and hire and supervise your contractors. You get peace of mind knowing your association is in good hands.
Ideal for smaller associations, we collect assessments, pay bills and prepare your monthly financial statements. Additional services can be added either as a one-time event, such as managing a roofing project; or on an on-going basis, such as managing your landscaping or snow removal contractors.
Do you have a larger association with an on-site office? We can provide an on-site manager, assistant manager, or staff as you wish.
