Now three generations strong, we were founded in 1973 by William Seymour, Sr. who is currently the Chairman of the Board. William Seymour, Jr. joined the family business in 1993 and is currently the President. Bethany Seymour joined the firm in 2010 and is currently a Property Manager.
We are supported by a full staff of Property Managers, Administrative Assistants and Accounting professionals.
While W.L. Seymour may not be the biggest property management company on the block, we understand what our customers expect and have the experience to exceed your expectations. As a family owned company we’re able to focus on the customer and offer our clients a consistent level of service. We have the luxury of approaching our business with a long-term view rather than focusing on quarterly earnings which can negatively influence how some companies make decisions.

We don’t just hire any body to manage our properties. If you are satisfied with your existing contractors providing maintenance services so are we! We are happy to use your existing contractors or, if you would like a change we have a large resource of trusted outside contractors. We do not have an in-house maintenance division.
Our Management Fee includes what we feel is necessary to properly manage your association. We don't charge extra fees for services you should expect.
Our clients enjoy the free use of our conference room for meetings.
We provide our clients with an online portal for their unit owners and Board Members.
We have the capability to initiate a phone blast to all of your Association Members to notify them of an immediate emergency.
